There were days when I had to deal with the overwhelm, the massive shifts, and extreme sensitivity that so many sensitives and empaths feel. After a ton of trial-and-error, I finally managed to step onto a healing path and become more soul-aligned…. I also realized that I have a huge passion to help others do the same. Since then, I’ve helped over hundreds of people discover the power of their intuition. How often do I need to listen to them? A little progress each day leads to big results. The first two weeks I recommend listening to one alignment once a day. The reference guide will help you determine when to listen to certain ones. The attunements only need to be listened to once for the energies to run.
